Sonoma State University's Office of Government and Regional Relations serves as the central point of contact between Sonoma State and our elected officials for the purposes of advocacy, information sharing, and effective partnering. Central to this role is building strong relationships with our local, state, and federal elected officials and their staff. To further the interest of the university and our students, GRR works with the CSU Office of Government Relations works with students, faculty, and staff on campus as well as CSU staff in Sacramento and Washington, DC.
